Hrydhal is a senior global urban development professional with over two decades of leadership experience in infrastructure advisory, real estate development, urban planning, and design. She has successfully led and delivered projects across Singapore, India, the Middle East, Africa, Mongolia, and Australia, working with government, private, and donor agency clients.

With a background in planning and design, combined with expertise in business and management, Hrydhal brings a well-rounded, multi-dimensional perspective to her projects. She has been instrumental in attracting investment to various infrastructure and real estate projects, both from donor agencies and the private sector. Hrydhal has a proven track record of managing projects across a diverse range of scales, from specific sites and precincts to entire city-regions. She is deeply passionate about creating responsive, equitable, resilient, sustainable, and inspiring built environments.

At ICF, Hrydhal leads the Urban Development portfolio from India, focusing on themes such as urban resilience, disaster management, climate action planning, climate budgeting, the application of nature-based solutions, and spatial planning and development.
