With a background in planning and design, combined with expertise in business and management, Hrydhal brings a well-rounded, multi-dimensional perspective to her projects. She has been instrumental in attracting investment to various infrastructure and real estate projects, both from donor agencies and the private sector. Hrydhal has a proven track record of managing projects across a diverse range of scales, from specific sites and precincts to entire city-regions. She is deeply passionate about creating responsive, equitable, resilient, sustainable, and inspiring built environments.
